If you wish to cancel your order before we have shipped it, please urgently call the shop on 01223 632646 as this will give you the most immediate response and we may be able to stop your order in its tracks.

Our returns Policy

We pack all the gifts ourselves so we can then ensure that they are packed with great care and attention. We really hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not, or an item has arrived damaged, or you have simply changed your mind, please return your unused, unopened item to us within 14 days from dispatch for a refund. Please ensure your dispatch note is enclosed.

Please return your item by a tracked postal service for your peace of mind.

As we cannot be held responsible for any retuning parcels that go missing.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt. We will email you to confirm the refund has been made

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on perishable items such as food.
